Rent My Band.com may change or add to this agreement at any time. Ammended items shall be effective immediately.

This site acts as a service provider to allow anyone to bid on and/or make available entertainment services. Since we are not involved in any monetary transactions, we can not guarantee the quality or legality of any item advertised on this site. We also cannot guarantee the ability of any person using these services to comply by his or her word to complete a transaction.

You shall not break any applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, and regulations having to do with your use of our services; your bidding on, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase; and sale of services, products, and other related items.

You agree that you will secure against, indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No legal partnership is created by agreement to these terms.

You agree that Rent My Band.com reserves the right to deny use of services to any applicant. No explanation is required for denial or termination of an applicant's Rent My Band.com membership.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL RENT MY BAND.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF RENT MY BAND.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
